The science fiction TV series “Lost in Space” aired on CBS between 1965 and 1968. It was inspired by the novel “The Swiss Family Robinson”, released in the early years of the 19th century. The plot is based on the adventures of the Robinson family. Pioneering space colonists had to fight to survive in the depths of space.
The show ran for three seasons, 83 episodes, and lots of merchandise. One such product is Lost in Space 3D Action Fun Game. Made by REMCO, this board game had three levels and you had to go through the “space” levels to beat it. The vintage board game now sells for around $$ 125,000 at auction as few of these games were ever made.
