Manufactured by the American Tobacco Company, the T206 was a set of tobacco cards issued in the early 1900s. The set was distributed in tobacco packs and single cigarettes through the sixteen subdivisions of American Tobacco. A century later, the cards from the T206 sets would become staples in baseball card collecting, due to their rarity and size, as well as the high quality of the set's color lithographs.
The T206 Ty Cobb Baseball Wallet, featuring the Georgia Peach itself, is known to be worth up to $$ 1 Million if in mint condition. The “Bat off the Shoulder” wallet is worth at least $$ 300,000, and is the only Cobb wallet to date that has been awarded a PSA 9 rating.
