Scary news was released recently about a 36-year-old woman who was found buried alive in the Municipal Cemetery of Visconde do Rio Branco, located in the Zona da Mata of Minas Gerais. According to police information, the woman may have stayed for at least 10 hours in the tomb before being found by gravediggers on the morning of March 28, 2023.
“I believe it could be an approximate period of 10 hours. If we do a calculation, the time can be an indication. She could have been placed there from 10 pm to 2 am”, detailed Military Police lieutenant Ely Dias Moreira, to g1.
The circumstances of the crime are still quite obscure, but according to the Civil Police, the woman would have been placed at the scene as a form of revenge for not handing over a gun and a toxic substance that she was keeping at the request of the perpetrators of the crime. The woman claimed that the products were "misplaced". Police are already investigating the case and are looking for two people related to the crime.
The victim's state of health is considered serious and she is still hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital São João Batista. The fact that the woman survived such a traumatic event is a true testament to her physical and emotional strength and resilience.
